Pet Boarding: skilled care with the comforts of home

When you need to travel but your pet can't come with you, they need a comfortable, safe place that can care for them as well as you do. At our animal hospital in Paddock Hills, all pet boarding is overseen by our registered veterinary technicians. Their experience and love for animals means that you can expect your pet to be treated well and have access to medical care if they need it. Keeping your pet comfortable, well-fed and happy is important, but we also want to make sure they stay healthy!

We know how hard it is to be separated from a beloved pet. Regardless, you can be assured that they'll receive lots of love and attention during their time with us.

What We Provide

As long as we have room available, we can accommodate dogs, cats, rabbits and pocket pets in our boarding space. Services and amenities we provide to our guests include:

  • Walks 3-4 times a day for dogs
  • 3 individual boarding wards to reduce stress and help less social pets feel more comfortable
  • Hill's Sensitive Stomach diet for cats and dogs to reduce potential to develop gastrointestinal issues
  • Clean, spacious kennels for pets of varying size
  • Medications and other treatments will be given as needed
  • Having your pet groomed during their stay so they can come home with a clean, soft coat

We want all of our boarders to feel as safe and relaxed as possible while they're with us. Our technicians are pet owners too, and will be more than happy to give your pet extra love and cuddles whenever they can.

Suggestions for Pet Owners

Items that smell of home, such as an old worn shirt, your pet's favorite blanket or toy, or the bed they usually sleep on can help your pet relax. However, some pets can become anxious while boarding and chew up their things. To ensure that your pet stays healthy and their items remain intact, we suggest keeping pillows, blankets and stuffed toys at home. Please know that if you bring bedding or stuffed toys for your pet, we cannot guarantee their return.

We do ask you to bring your pet's food and any medications they take, plus detailed instructions to help our staff. If you have any special requests, be sure to let us know when you drop off your pet.
